We choose to work as an out-of-network provider because it simplifies our operations, allows us to spend more time with each patient, and does not limit the level of treatment we can deliver.

Dental Benefits and Insurance 

We strongly believe you shouldn’t have to worry about what your insurance covers or deal with financial barriers to obtain the proper treatment of care. Our team of highly trained financial coordinators will help explain what benefits you have and what your financial responsibility will be. We offer a variety of payment options including payment plans for costs beyond your benefits. 

We accept all major dental PPO plans - Please contact our office to find out how your benefits can best be utilized for your dental needs.

We are out of network providers - however, we do accept and bill PPO insurance policies on your behalf. You may have out-of-network benefits.

If you don’t have any dental benefits, we offer a unique Membership Discount Plan to ensure you can afford the quality care you deserve.

FINANCIAL POLICY

As a condition of treatment by Tooth Love, financial arrangements must be made in advance. The practice depends upon reimbursement from patients for the costs incurred in their care.

Financial responsibility on the part of each patient must be determined before treatment. All emergency dental services, or any dental services performed without previous financial arrangements, must be paid for at the time services are performed unless other arrangements are made.

Patients with dental insurance understand that all dental services are charged directly to the patient and that he or she is personally responsible for the payment of all dental services. Tooth Love will help prepare the patient’s insurance forms or assist in making collections from insurance by submitting claims and supporting documents as a courtesy to our patients.
